Athens /Piraeus

Piraeus (Athens to you and me) Pireus
The Acropolis

Here you will see where civilization is said to have begun. The cradle of it all. You can walk on the Sacred Rock of the Acropolis this vast and ancient monument. Or simply soak in the atmosphere of Athens, a modern, bustling city with a character all it's own.

Attica

Saint Efrem & Saint Irene Chrysovalantou

Not many people know this, but in Attica you can visit the Convent of one of the best & most famous Miracle workers of her time. Saint Irene Chrysovalantou had a convent built in her memory in 1930 and it is a fine and beautiful example  of Byzantine architecture.

To this day Saint Irene’s miracles are celebrated by the Greek Orthodox Church every year on 28th of July.

After sampling the miracles of saint Irene you are then driven down the Dionyos mountain to the coastal resort of Attica. Nea Makri is a renowned beauty spot and also offers you the opportunity to see the Monastery with the Sacred Tree and the Sacred Remains of Saint Ephrem.

Cruise to Egypt from Limassol, Cyprus and see the pyramids, the sphinx and the Cairo museum, not forgetting the Nile cruise with belly dancers

Not to be missed if you have not yet visited the pyramids. Departures weekly throughout the season this is a 2 day cruise.

Israel

Jerusalem, Bethlehem and the biblical treasures of the holy land. Another 2 day cruise which ' does it all in a days excursion. Weekly departures. This is also a 2 day cruise. There are a few 3 day cruises incorporating both Egypt ad the Holy land, but if you have time why not do the Egypt cruise and then stay on board and sail to Israel. That makes a 4 day cruise in all.

Cruise to the Holy Land, Israel with Salamis Cruise Lines or Louis throughout the summer from Limassol, Cyprus

Mikonos

A very popular destination of thousands of tourists every year ( can they all be wrong? ) Mykonos is one of the most picturesque Greek Islands lying in the Aegean, who's sea is famed for it’s islands dotted with white chapels and numerous windmills.

Here you can have a night to remember in one of Mikonos’ most popular bars where the odd Ouzo (or seven) can be enjoyed to the full.

Lesvos and Mitilini

Here it is most apparent how the other half lived in times gone by. The splendid old aristocratic houses have outlived their original occupants and still stand proudly in the capital of Mitilini.

The castle on the north side of Mytilini overlooks the city and is one of the largest in the eastern Mediterranean. It's foundations were laid during the time of Justinian on the ruins of an even older fortification which can still be seen in sections of the walls.

Patmos

Patmos is most famous as the home of the Monastery of Saint John the Theologist. Here in his library, you may still view his handwritten scripts and you will also be shown the cave where he dedicated his life to God as a hermit, writing the Apocalypse.
(Not the film with Marlon Brando)

The views from the Monastery are most enjoyable, being able to see as far as neighboring Islands which share the Aegean Sea with Patmos.

Saint Raphael and Saint Nicolas  are said to have suffered a terrible fate at the hands of the Turks and you are able to visit their tombs here. If that does not satisfy your lust for the Macabre you can also visit the Monastery that is the home to the Tomb of Saint Irene (who didn’t have it any easier) and the Earthen cask in which she was burnt.

Rhodes

The City of Rhodes (Rhodos) was founded in about 408 BC and the city , which has the same name as the island is the island's capital. The Old Town of Rhodes has a medieval feel to it with its Castle and Fortress walls surrounding the old town from the fourteenth century when the Knights of St. John occupied Rhodes. There are many gift shops which reflect this theme.
Rhodes Island has its fair share of good beaches, sunshine as well as history and culture. Whether you are looking for a lively European resort with modern facilities or a more quiet traditional resort Rhodes Island has both.
 Rhodos Kastelania

Santorini

If you like sunsets then Santorini is the place for you.
  A Volcanic Island,
Santorini has a wild beauty and if you can make it to the top of the hills you will enjoy some amazing views of the whole Island.
