Prices
Include
accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner on
the cruises,
Gratuities are not included. Neither are
beverages.
Accommodation
Cabins are assigned automatically and
cabin numbers will be given to passengers on
embarkation and in accordance with the category
booked and paid for. Requests for disabled
equipment friendly cabins should be requested
upon reservation as there are a limited number
of disabled friendly cabins.
Children
Aged under 2 years old travel Free if
not occupying a bed/berth they also pay port taxes for
children. Children aged 2-12 travel with 50% discount.
Unused Services
Any unused portion of your booking is neither refundable nor
exchangeable for alternative arrangements,
unless the fault of the cruise company, in which
case you will be offered an alternative cruise
or refund.
Shore excursions
Responsibility of the Owners and
Operators of the vessel does not extend beyond
the vessel. When passengers leave the vessel any
arrangements made for them or by them are at
their own risk. Please take out independent
travel insurance.
Travel Documents
Valid full passports are
required for
disembarkation in either Israel or Egypt. Some
nationalities require a visa to disembark even
for a day trip to both Israel and Egypt. Please
enquire when making your reservation and obtain
the same accordingly. Russian passengers
will be able to request a visa and for a small
extra charge we can arrange this on certain
routes.
Insurance
The cruise
Lines will not accept responsibility for loss or
damage to your baggage, money, jewelry,
valuables or any belongings whatsoever and
howsoever caused. Nor will it accept any
responsibility for personal accident, injury,
sickness or medical expenses of any nature
whatsoever and howsoever caused. It is strongly
recommended that all passengers obtain an insurance
to protect their baggage, possessions and
valuables and to cover against personal
accident, sickness, injury or medical expenses
etc.
Responsibility
The Itineraries as published will be
followed as closely as possible, but the Owners
reserve the right to cancel or change any cruise
whenever the conditions in the opinion of the
Owners render if necessary to do so, in which
case the Owner will not be responsible for any
or expense caused to passengers in consequence.
Transportation
The transportation of passengers, baggage
and effects is subject to all the terms and
conditions of the passage ticket issued by the
Owners and are available for inspection at the
Company’s offices. A passenger, by accepting,
receiving, using or traveling under this ticket
accepts all conditions set out therein, whether or
not the ticket was delivered to him or her or to
any one else.
Cancellation & Refunds
Passengers with fixed departure date
tickets who wish to cancel their tickets are
subject to the following cancellation charges:

21 days
prior to departure - C£25.00 per person for
the 2 and 3 day cruises and C£50.00 per
person for the 5 day cruises.

days prior to departure - 50% of the fare.

14-7
days prior to departure - 75% of the fare.

6-1
days prior to departure - 100% of the fare.
Currency
on board
The currency on board is Cyprus
Pounds, but any other currency can be exchanged
at the Purser’s office. From January 2008
this will change to the Euro in accordance with
the rest of Cyprus.
Variations
Itinerary and/or rates
are subject to alteration
or cancellation without
notice. We will take all steps possible to
inform you of any changes as early as possible,
please please make sure that we have up to date
contact information for you, including a
telephone number where you will be staying in
Cyprus prior to your departure.
